Zumba Strong

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout derived from Zumba, combining dance moves with bodyweight exercises for a dynamic and challenging fitness experience.

The Challenge

Zumba Strong class lies in maintaining intensity and coordination throughout the high-energy intervals, mastering a combination of dance moves and bodyweight exercises, adapting to the fast-paced tempo and transitions, pushing personal limits to increase strength and endurance, and embracing the physical and mental demands of the workout while staying motivated and engaged in a supportive and dynamic group setting.

Our Mission

To provide a dynamic and empowering workout experience that combines the fun and excitement of Zumba with the intensity and effectiveness of HIIT, empowering participants to push their limits, build strength, and improve cardiovascular health while enjoying the exhilarating energy of dance-inspired fitness in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
