Pump And Abs

Pump and Abs class involves a combination of weightlifting exercises using barbells and dumbbells to target the upper body, along with a series of intense core exercises designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. The class usually starts with a warm-up to prepare the muscles, followed by a structured routine of resistance training and ab workouts, and ends with a cool-down and stretching session.

The Challenge

Ensure you have a proper form to prevent injury and have appropriate weight options for different fitness levels. We will motivate you through this intense workout, and will accommodate for any pre-existing physical conditions or limitations, and offer you modifications to suit varying abilities.
