As a receptionist here at Listers Health I enjoy going above and beyond for all the ladies coming to the gym and seeing a smile on their faces when they have reached their goals and achievements in terms of their health and fitness journey. The diverse equipment we have has inspired me to focus on my own fitness and I thoroughly love encouraging all women to take a step further to better themselves.
