Fitness session that utilises an inflatable stability ball as the primary piece of equipment.

Class Overall

Fit Ball

Perform various exercises targeting different muscle groups, including core, balance, flexibility, and strength exercises, often incorporating bodyweight resistance or small weights. These classes focus on improving stability, coordination, and overall body strength while engaging the core muscles for balance and control.

The Challenge

Master balance and stability on the unstable surface of the ball, maintaining proper form throughout exercises to prevent injury, adapting to different levels of difficulty for various movements, and effectively engaging core muscles.

Our Mission

To provide a dynamic and engaging workout experience that enhances core strength, stability, and overall fitness levels, empowering women to improve balance, posture, and flexibility while promoting confidence and well-being in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
