This class is an empowering fitness experience that combines martial arts-inspired movements with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Led by skilled instructors, this dynamic class incorporates a variety of punches, kicks, and blocks, along with bodyweight exercises, to sculpt muscles and enhance overall fitness.

The Challenge

The challenge lies in ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment where women of all fitness levels feel comfortable participating and pushing their boundaries, while also emphasizing proper technique to minimise the risk of injury during high-intensity movements.

Our mission is to empower women by providing a dynamic and exhilarating workout experience that builds strength, confidence, and self-defense skills, fostering a supportive community where you can unleash your inner warrior and achieve your fitness goals with determination.

Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
