The Challenge

Maintaining balance and flexibility, following the instructor’s poses accurately, managing physical limitations or injuries, staying focused and relaxed, and building confidence in a group setting.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a supportive and empowering environment where women can enhance their physical and mental well-being through tailored yoga practices that promote health, relaxation, and self-confidence.

Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
