Pump

This class focuses on strength training exercises using barbells and adjustable weights. Participants perform a series of high-repetition, low-weight exercises targeting different muscle groups, including squats, lunges, chest presses, rows, and bicep curls, to improve muscular endurance, tone, and strength.

Effectively manage the intensity and weight selection to match your fitness levels and goals, master proper lifting techniques to prevent injury, maintaining focus and coordination throughout the high-repetition exercises, and pushing your limits to build strength and endurance.
