Circuit

A circuit class is a type of high-intensity workout where participants move through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components such as strength, endurance, and agility, with minimal rest in between to maximise cardiovascular and muscular benefits in a short amount of time.

The Challenge

The challenge for women in a circuit class at the gym includes maintaining proper form and technique across a variety of exercises, managing the intensity to keep up with the fast-paced transitions between stations, and pushing personal limits to achieve balanced strength, endurance, and agility improvements while avoiding fatigue and injury.

Our Mission

To provide a dynamic and efficient workout experience that promotes overall fitness and strength gains, empowers women to push their boundaries and achieve personal goals in a supportive and inclusive environment, and fosters a sense of accomplishment and confidence through diverse and challenging exercise routines.

Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
