LBT

We’ll focus on toning and sculpting your legs, lifting your bums, and tightening your tums to help you achieve your fitness goals and boost your confidence. Our dynamic warm-up will get your muscles fired up and ready for action with a mix of cardio moves and dynamic stretches. Then, we’ll dive into a series of exercises targeting each area: legs, bums, and tums.

The Challenge

Ensuring that it effectively targets all aspects of core strength while keeping you engaged and motivated throughout the session. We provide modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities, ensuring that everyone feels challenged yet safe during the workout.
