The concept here at Listers Health is all about ladies supporting and bettering each other and this is something very important to me. I deem health and fitness of quite importance for day-to-day life and working here is something that is continually motivating me to widen my knowledge further and promote this to all ladies. I enjoy my time thoroughly at Listers Health. The warm and friendly feeling of providing customer service to all the ladies entering is something I find very rewarding.
Since 2015 we have been on a mission to overcome the fear and judgement that is stopping too many women from being active and using gyms for their overall health and well-being.
